These 90s pleaded high waisted shorts have a silky, soft feel in a dark navy. It is made of 100% microfiber fabric. The belt looped waistline has elastic on both hips and a pleaded front for extra comfort. The front and back waistband is flat for a classy look. The leg openings are generous, giving it skirty feel. If that’s not enough you also get two roomy side pockets. Judith Anne, the mannequin, is a size XS/S and the shorts are vintage so please refer to measurements below.
