Raw hem so they can be cut if you want them shorter. Judy Blue sizing is unique. The recommendation is to take your “normal” size and subtract 1. You can subtract 2 sizes is you want them very fitted. These are size 13/31. Probably fit a “normal” 14 or 16 best.
