Marigold tiered flowy skirt with built in shorts (lining)

Never worn. Tried on and changed my mind. Size small. Elastic waist that stretches. Waist Measures 11.5” ( I’m a size 26 waist and it fits me just fine) length is 13” with lining. Super cute!
