She is wearing an elegant red dress that resembles the iconic Marilyn Monroe's dress worn in the 1955 film The Seven Year Itch, directed by Billy Wilder. The dress was worn in the movie's best-known scene. The image of it and her above a windy subway grating has been described as one of the most iconic images of the 20th century.
The arms and head are movable can be adjusted to the pose you prefer. Only 1500 of these beauties were created.
