White flowy Marilyn Monroe cocktail dress. Fitted halter top style neckline and bust. Rouched middle for a fit and flare look. Loose material flows and flares out over the hips. Hidden zipper in the back. Double lined in the breast. Hits just below the knees. Has been dry cleaned but there are a few black stains on the front and center of the dress in the rouching. You can maneuver the folds to hide the spots however when wearing.
