karenstearns Waist and length measurements? Is this stretchy fabric or no?

keelylynngarber @karenstearns Good Morning. I just updated the listing across the front the waist is 20” and length is 35”. Measurements are approximately and taken when laying flat. The fabric doesn’t have stretch. It is a nice lightweight drapey fabric it does have a little bit of a suede texture as described. I would consider this an all seasons fabric that’s lightweight enough to wear in summer but the texture works well for winter paired with a sweater.
