Marine Layer cords, elastic waist, size 36 (seems like a 12?)

I got these at a consignment store in the women’s dept but the tag has size 36 - I’m not too familiar with Marine Layer but their website doesn’t show them doing women’s sizes this way. So anyway these are like a 12/14, see pics for measurements. In the pic of a tag, it says Fall 2023. No fabric tag but they do stretch a little, my guess would be 98 cotton and 2 percent lycra or elastic. No stains or flaws that I see! Great pants.
