Marine Serre Buyer ruined my shirt deliberately due to it being the wrong size

Buyer Arie G destroyed my shirt purposely all because I didn’t realize what size this was. I thought marine serre shirt were one size fits all so I stated it’s between small and large. I didn’t realize you could see what size it was under the tag until I received it. She left a note in the package as well stating “Next time don’t scam ppl :) SZ “small””. I did not intentionally decide to give this person the wrong size and she could have easily claimed it was not the right size as described and I would have happily taken the return back. But for her to intentionally rip my shirt and then do it even worse upon returning it is completely unacceptable. She is the scammer here.
