Marine free size poncho top with armholes embroidered rounded v-neck with notch

Purchased at a boutique on vacation, but unfortunately never got a chance to wear, NWOT. 100% rayon, hand wash cold water. Free size, length 31”, I would say maximum chest armpit to armpit lying flat one side 33”.
