Mario Serrani Italy. Beautiful ruffled hem button down bolero style blazer with stunning blue lining that shows if you turn up the sleeves. Buttons have Military style embossing and sleeves have a ruffle at the cuff unrolled. This is by far one of my favorite pieces to wear with dark skinnies and booties.
