Might u pls add measurements for the dress? Also, does the bottom. Look easy enough to be hemmed? I'm 5'4" so hemming would be a must.

@gunnai I can get the flat measurements this evening when I’m home :)
I just was admiring the bottom of this dress this morning - I believe any tailor would be able to hem this dress easily. The lining would just also need the appropriate hemming!
