Elastic Cinch waist so u can tighten up need be , because the size on tag Says , ONE. Now normally most of my boho garments imported from India are one Size / free Size etc . One size fits most universal sizing The lining is split by manufacturer for swift graceful movement on purpose so we need to take this liner into consideration although it is free movement, it still May create a sizing issue as far as free size or 1 fits most ; concerning the hip area ! Still seems like there will be plenty of wiggle room
