This is a gorgeous Mark Eisen 90s skirt --- Great quality (fully lined including hidden crinoline lining) and 100% silk. Made in Hong Kong. RARE! Vintage. Preworn and in Excellent/Perfect Condition Silk belt is separate, and is shown in the photos. Perfect condition (lightly worn). Tag says 8, but it is really a US size 4. 100% silk Top of Waistband to Bottom of skirt is 19" Waist is 27", Belt is 62" long.
