Very nice blouson dress. The top half has a scoop neck tank, with an oversized outer. The outer can be worn off one shoulder or both. Keyhole opening at back, with button closure. Wide very short to practically sleeveless sleeves. Banded, pencil style skirt. Made to be above the knees in length. Teal in color, with the tank have some stylish gold shimmer. ✨AS PICTURED✨ ON THE LEFT UPPER AREA (OUTER SHELL) THERE IS A TINY HOLE. VERY MINOR & BARELY NOTICEABLE! OVERALL APPEARANCE LOOKS GREAT!
