Markdown!! Rhinestone Embellished Dress

Unique piece. Strapless dress or tunic. I wore once and scrunched it up as more of a top. Has banded piece at bottom. Embellished with large rhinestones on the image of a Koi fish. Blue, green, white. Couldn't find care tag but is a cotton material. Definitely hand wash with the gems. Measures about 27" long. Feel free to ask questions!
