Watercolor-type design depicts cats sitting in curtained windows, on a dark blue background, in colors of blue, brown, yellow, cream and pink. Lined with dark blue tone-on-tone dotted silk. Dry clean only. Tie is in clean EUC excellent used condition with light wear. All labels and all seams intact. No stains, rips, tears or spots.
