NWOT. 12S or 12P American size. Waist: 31.5”These stunning black trousers are very versatile for the holidays but also for the office. Never worn. A rich black color! They are 95% cotton and 5% elastane. Invisible zipper in the front. NOTE: the flare is very subtle.....nothing over the top dramatic 😁
