I was hoping that you could guide me in the right direction. I sold a pair of crocheted lace gloves, and put them in a small postal box. She's not happy about the shipping costs.I understand her situation, but I didn't do this on purpose, do you have any suggestions.

jesjes1234 @cheriecolwell hi unfortunately the shipping is stated when the person is buying the item if they did not want to pay full shipping they could have asked you for a shipping discount befor purchasing the item then you could have given a discounted shipping on the item by altering your listing where it says shipping you can give discount.

We had a great weekend it went so fast. My daughter lives with me along with two of her three brothers. I have one son who has down syndrome and is autistic he lives in a group home and has been living there for five years we visit him. So four children 🥰 hope you had a great weekend 💐🌺

If not they may be want you to give them an offer on the bundle ( a cheaper price for buying two or more items) if not hit the offer button and Ofer them what you would like to get for the items then they have 24 hours to accept or reject your offer. The advantage to the customer is getting items for a cheaper price plus they only pay one shipping price and you mail out the items in one box

If it’s been on for a while then I would send an offer for 10 to 15 percent off. If the person really likes the item they usually will send you an offer for a lower price.. hope this helps🌹

misssue33 @jesjes1234 Hi Jeanne thanks for the love. Been crazy week. We ended taking my Dad to the hospital He has heart disorder. This is 3rd trip to hospital over past couple years. He’s doing better. We did take him home with hesitation. He has bad kidneys because of medication he takes but can’t live without the meds. We are very close so makes it harder.

jesjes1234 @misssue33 hi sue so excited for you. Glad to hear you got to see the puppies. We opened our above ground pool last weekend. On Friday the water was 70 degrees and we went in . Last year we had trees around the pool and it was in the shade most of the day. I think the highest water temperature was 74 . We took out the trees so it is in full Sun. misssue33 @jesjes1234 Hi Jeanne been way too long. Missing how you and your family are Not going to believe this but my husband was taking out the dogs and Belle fell and broke her back right leg. I was crushed. I cried for three days. We were in emergency at Tufts til 3 am. She had to stay to be operated on the next day. A plate and 8 screws OMG. She’s home and doing better but horrible horrible experience. Happily she is trying to be too active but is a 6/8 week healing Miss talking ❤️❤️❤️
