Maroon Above Knee Dress

Maroon Dress with double straps, and off the shoulder sleeves. V-neck in the front has a hard wire to keep it in place. Thick, and velvet-like material. Dress fits just above the knee (I am 5’2, and was only worn once to a high school dance).
