Maroon Floral Velvet and Mesh Dress

This dress has velvet-like material flowers all over as well as maroon mesh all throughout. The bodice and the skirt is all lined, but the arm sleeves and the back of the dress has the maroon mesh. It is not super see though as seen in the pictures. Has the waist tie that is adjustable and can be tied around the waist however.
