Maroon, Rich, Long-Sleeve Dress - Cut Outs, Bohemian, Velvet-y, Flirty! NWT!

I REALLY love this dress and even though it wasn't the right fit for me, I bought it with clear intentions of having it tailored... a couple years later, I think it's time to let someone else love it! It is a beautiful velvet material with lining. It is modern, bohemian, flirty, while still being mature and very "put together" looking. The color is a deep maroon with a bit of purple in it. The material is like a suede but very light and flowy.
