Maroon and black lace spaghetti strap dress

THIS DRESS IS BRAND NEW AND HAS NEVER BEEN WORN! The tags are still on it. I’m unable to return it because I bought it on sale. It’s a size SMALL but it’s very loose. It would fit anyone who is usually a medium. It hits about knee-length and the lace is really pretty.
