Maroon cut-out waist maxi dress

This dress is extremely flattering. The cut outs at the waist and slightly flared skirt create curves even if you aren't a curvy person. The fabric is thick and high quality but is breathable so it could be worn on a hot day or a beach vacation. I am 5'6" and this dress touched the floor when I wore it with platform wedges that are about 3 inches tall so it could be worn by a shorter girl with higher heels or a taller girl with flats. Very comfortable. I received a lot of compliments.
