Maroon or Black summer lightweight dress

This dress is short, I’m 5”5’ and it comes below my butt. I would wear under shorts or leggings with it. You can see it is a little see through but I’ve never been told you can see through it when wearing. **the black one is just long enough you do not need shorts**
