Maroon velvet-feel mini dress

A fun potential party dress in excellent condition! Stretchy polyester/Lycra blend empire waist mini dress, lightweight and comfortable. Listed as a medium, I think it’s closer to a contemporary small. Tag says dry clean only but I have washed this dress in the washing machine on cold and hung it dry. Measurements (laid flat): Chest: 13” Top or neckline to hem: 26.5”
