This dress is brand new and has never been worn and in impeccable conditions. It is tight on the waist and fall gracefully into a-line fit which even makes your waist look smaller. Although I love this dress, I decided to keep my first dress that I had purchased prior to this one. Color is Off-White. I am 5'4 and I wear 4 1/2 inch heels. Added an extra cup for more cleavage, but can easily be removed if not wanted. I also removed the straps to make it fully strapless, to make it easier to walk and dance.
