*Pricing Note* Poshmark's "reduced" shipping fees appear to be a wash. On a $30 item, the seller's fees are still 18%, possibly more since the high cost of shipping and taxes are added to the fee structure. On the lower price points, the new rate will not reduce costs, and may even increase them. The new scheme saves me about $1.50 on this item. So I have cut $2 here. Unfortunately the buyer would just have to pay that $2 to Poshmark for their "protection" racket. Jeesh. *** Bold and sparkling sterling silver and onyx statement ring by Marsala, surrounded by tiny faceted marcasite gemstones in a pebbled setting. Top of gemstone measures 15x18mm. Setting measures 23x19m. Weighs a respectable 7.5g. Thoughtfully designed. Base of setting curves up over the finger, so the ring sets nicely and doesn't jut up above the finger. Height of setting is 11mm on sides, and 6mm in center (last 2 photos). Art deco style, estate piece, signed. This ring was designated as Size 8 by the (reputable) dealer and comfortably slide on and off my Size 8 ring finger. However, it also fits my fleshy middle finger, which is Size 9, with a little pressure. Narrow 3mm band keeps it from feeling tight. Signs of light wear (fine scratches) on onyx gemstone and silver, visible under a jeweler's loupe. Shape remains true. No visible flaws. Offering for sale because I ended up with too many rings, though I don't mind keeping this one.
