Martha's Miniatures Red Long Sleeve Ruffle Lace Kids Dress 3T Made in the USA, Lined, Heart buttons closure, Ribbon and bell are attached by a safety pin. Dress has pen mark on sleeve, small tear near shoulder, a tear/small holes on back side of bow, and small pin holes and minor small discoloration spot on the back of the dress.
