*** Martieri Black w/ Velvet and Gold Flock Dress *** Vintage

Holy moley! This looks like 80s does 40s gLaAmOuR!! No fabric or size tags. I’m pretty sure it’s silk. Underarm to underarm is approximately 43” (21.5 x 2). Waist is approximately 32”. Collar to peplum is approximately 16”. There to bottom is approximately 24”. I found a couple of teeny tiny spots on the sleeves. I included pix. I can have a hard time capturing colors. Please ask questions.
