naewinst @styleimperative thanks for your interest! The bust measurement is 16 inches across the front unstretched so 32 inches. It does have elastic immediately underneath the breast so there is room for it to stretch more. It doesn't really have a waste. There is elastic in the back but it's flowing in the front.
