Mary Anne Sinclair Floral Vintage Silky Pencil Skirt Small

Features a zipper and hook closure in the back and skirt is lined, and pleated on the front. Laying flat measures 13.25" in the waist, 18.5" in the hips, and 17.5" from top to bottom.
