Late 90s/ early 2000s/ Y2K era bell sleeve floral blouse from Mary-Kate and Ashley. Off white/cream colored with blue/pink/purple. Surplice neckline, tie under bust for a fitted look and embellished with iridescent sequins. Super pretty top!
