Marzi felt "Fascinator" hat

This is a stunning black felt (label doent say but feels like fur felt) Fascinator hat by Marzi , made in Italy. Has lovely black feather detail, satin lining and attached elastic strap ( for securing behind your hair at back of head, not a chin strap!) The felt band that goes all around the hat is wired so you can bend how you want. Lovely piece!! Never worn NWOT
