It's in good used condition, the only flaws are the fraying at the sleeves seen in the pictures. For reference, I am 5'6" 130 lbs. I am a true sz 46. Someone who is a sz 48 might find it tight. Please keep in mind that the measurements are taken on the outside of the garment, so they're a little exaggerated for the size because it's a heavy puffy coat.
