Masquerade Black and Hot Pink Lace and Toile Strapless Party Dress has lace from. Waist to top and plain gathering of toile across front of top. Dress has a Left sided 14” zipper. Side have a threaded loop for a belt if desired. Not noticeable if you don’t have belt. There are 5 rows of gathered toile that is 5” wide. Measurements are taken laying flat across underarms is 15”, at waist is 13”, at hem its 30”, and the length is 38”. See pictures for fabric and care. EUC
