kaafashion @mimisoforeal1 Hello and welcome Mimi! This item has been used once by someone wearing foundation. It will need some cleaning with makeup remover and alcohol sanitation. The overall condition is great. There is a tiny flaw in one of the feathers. Made around 2005 or so I'm guessing. Overall wearable, adjustable and beautiful.
