Masquerade prom formal dress 5/6 NWT open lace back

Another back of the closet find! Tags still on! Purchased at Dillard's circa 2006/2008 Size 5/6 from Masquerade Beautiful shade of blue - almost teal. Laces up back from waist, zips up back Fabric part of bust is 21" laid flat Waist at top of skirt in back is 13.5" laid flat Length from underarm to top of skirt in back is approx. 8" Hips on under skirt/lining approx. 20" laid flat Total length from armpit to hem is approx. 51" As shown in photos, there are 2 small spots on sides - looks like from a hangar to me - haven't tried to clean. The 1st one shown is on the right side about 3" below waist near side seam. The one in last photo is approx 21" from top of underarm next to left side seam. Net inside skirt for fullness,
