Matching Skirt and Black Sheer blouse with brown and white specks.NEW

This blouse is sheer. There is a lining in the front middle section so it is not see through. However there is no lining in the back nor on the arms so those are see through. It has a high neckband neck and pretty fitted. The size of the shirt is small. The skirt is a pleated skirt. I am 5’5” and it hits me mid shin. The size is 6. It is black with white tea and brown specks in it. BOTH ARE NEW WITH TAGS
