Maternity 3/4 Sleeve Short Dress or Tunic

This cotton 3/4 sleeve item was listed at Old Navy as a dress but as my pregnancy progressed it became way too short for me to wear as a dress so I wore it with leggings, a cardigan and boots as a tunic (but also carried this into the colder weather months).
