Maternity Gap floral lined dress. Navy & White. Sz M. Adjustable tie waist.

Reposhing this item I purchased from @ppars002. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. I'm not positive but I believe this is a maternity dress? there's a little pouch above the tie waist that leads me to believe it is because it looks odd on me, ha! so adorable and pockets!!!
