@joyfuldavis1 hi. here's the info you requested:
bust: 40. this is the measurements of the underneath part of the garment with the tie sections pulled back.
high waist: 38. this is the measurement just under the bust.
true waist: 65. this is the measurement with the pleats just under the bust spread out.
I also have this same dress in an orange and white fabric listed if you want both of them. they look very comfy!
