What condition are these in? Also for the shorts I'm normally a size 6 or 26/27.. Do you think these mediums would fit?

Great condition! Worn through one pregnancy, I bought all brand new. I was a 5/6 before I got pregnant and they fit me, they have the full belly band so they aren't as snug I felt like. I had one pair of jeans with the low band and I hated them.
