spotts @rachelzdds large overall, as of cup size.. it might have been because I’m 5’8” with a long torso, so there was a flat spot at the bottom of the cups because of my length. My boobs were smooshes out of the top. I’m typically a 36C/D and mine have grown slightly since pregnant. Hope that helps!
