Matilda Jane Dress or Top

Blue Orchid crochet Sara top Secret Fields. Size 6 Matilda Jane NWOT. It’s too short for a dress, but it’s in the style of a dress. It would look cute with a pair of Matilda Jane shorties or another brand of shorties. I bought it for my granddaughter to wear over her suit as a coverup, but she would not even try it on. She is particular about her clothes. 🙄🤣
