This fantastic costume is called “oh deer” from the Matilda Jane moments with you collection. It has a layered tool skirt with metallic gold polkadots and an elastic floral print waistband. It comes with fuzzy legwarmers with pom-poms on the front. (there is some faint color bleed on the legwarmers.)
