Matilda Jane dress, size 10

Item is a dress from Matilda Jane. It reminds me of summer with its sherbet pink color. Size 10 girls. I have also listed the matching Capri length leggings in size 8, my daughter wore these together. A nice cotton spandex blend for summer. I do see a collection of splattered marks on one of the ruffled layers of the dress, see photo. I do not feel they are stand out noticeable but if you examine the dress you can see them. Not sure what this is and I have not tried to remove it or stain treat. Item is from a non-smoking, cat friendly home.
