Matilda Jane top - size 4

Polka dot top with layered tulle like bottom. We wore this at a smaller size as more of a short dress/tunic. SO cute for holiday events! Some of the polka dots have a little shimmer. In excellent used condition! No holes or stains. Light wash and wear.
