Matsuri A Festival of Japan 1996 Shirt

Rare shirt from the 1996 Matsuri Japanese festival in Phoenix, Arizona. Lying flat, it measures about 25" armpit to armpit, 29" top to bottom, and has 8" long sleeves. There's holes in the design, one in the armpit, and some small stains shown in photos. 🗾🍡👺
