In great condition. Blue sparkly metallic dress. Billowing sleeves with narrow cuffs. Shaped neckline- picture to show it. Ties at sides to pull back and tie at the back of waistband. Really pretty color but hard to capture with photos. It is a UK size 12 which translates to a US size 8, which I've listed it as. Fits well and is stretchy too Armpit to armpit is 17 inches. Length is 39 inches. Man made materials.
