New with tags Matty M strapless dress in a lightweight satin that is a very dark slate gray or a sort of soft flat black with light pink, robin's egg blue and a golden chartreuse splatter paint print. This dress has several fold/ruffles and ruching along the bodice to a sweetheart neckline. The fixed waist is piped in the same fabric to the slightly gathered a-line skirt. The free skirt is designed to fall several inches above the knee and has a 1.5" hem.
